SAN JUAN DE LA MAGUANA.-La Comisión de Reubicación del Sector La Mesopotamia al residencial Vista del Riío rindió hoy un informe sobre la situación general del traslado de las familias propietarias a dicho sector.
La gobernadora de la provincia, maestra Elvira Corporán, leyó un documento a la prensa local donde expresó que se busca beneficiar con un apartamento a los propietarios cuyas viviendas están ocupadas por inquilinos y las cuales deben ser destruidas tan pronto sean abandonadas por estos.
Asimismo indicó que garantizan que los inquilinos abatidos por el ciclón David y aquellos que califican serán tomados en cuenta para un apartamento, tomando en consideración su edad y los anos que han estado viviendo en el sector.
Del mismo informó que de las familias de inquilinos que fueron registrados como habitantes del sector se les ha estado entregando un incentivo económico de 20 mil pesos. Hasta ahora 51 inquilinos lo han recibido.
Dijo también que los duenos de solares, talleres, entre otros, ya la oficina de Catastro realizó un primer levantamiento.
PLAZA COMERCIAL
En su informe la gobernadora de la provincia reveló que se abrió una plaza comercial con un total de 12 locales, siete de los cuales se entregaron y ya están en funcionamiento.
Forma de entrega
Hasta ahora se han entregado 298 apartamentos a propietarios, 5 apartamentos a inquilino con más de 25 anos residiendo en La Mesopotamia, 50 a familias desalojadas de los barrios El Badén, La Lata, Los Cartones y Tenguerengue para dar paso a la avenida de circunvalación.
Las autoridades del pasado gobierno asumieron 22 apartamentos.
Al momento de 528 apartamentos construidos se han entregado 375 faltando 153 por entregar.
La comisión de Reubicación la integran, además de la gobernadora de la provincia, el obispo José Dolores Grullón Estrella y el coronel del ejército dominicano Robert Acevedo Goméz.
El encuentro con los medios de prensa locales y la comisión citada se llevó a cabo en el salón de acto de la gobernación provincial San Juan.
